    With regards to my taxes last year I kept having to call and question the latest assigned accountant on details that should have been automatically taken into account. I paid for their expertise and experience. Not for me to flag their work and repeatedly request for them to do a better job.

    In the three years I've dealt with this firm I've had a different account each time. I called to question the amount of both my 2016 taxes owed and the bill sent by Collins and Barrow. That was over a month ago and I have yet to get a return call. For the amount they have charged me I would expect the service to be more expedient.
